Website Management

We put 30 minutes aside each month for any updates you want to make on the site. Changes can be anything from changing text or images, adding a blog post, updating phone numbers or addresses and more.

You can pool this time for up to 1 year, which is useful for more substantial changes.

To best utilise this time, we recommend emailing us with all of the updates you require for the month. You can call or email us with your requests, but it’s more efficient to email.

• 200% CPU allowance
• 2GB memory allowance
• Free SSL certificate
• Hardware firewall

* While it is possible to host your email on cPanel servers, we strongly recommend against it. We cannot provide any support for email hosting on our cPanel servers. If you need email, we recommend and use Google Workspaces.

We will make sure your website is secure by keeping WordPress and your plugins up to date.

* Some plugins may require a license to update which you will need to provide.
* Some plugins (typically WooCommerce) can require additional work to update. We’ll let you know if we find these plugins and if there will be an additional cost.

We make incremental backups of your website daily. Backups are kept for 3 months. We can restore your backup at any time as part of your monthly 30 minutes of content updates.

A bot checks your website once per minutes and alerts us if it suddenly becomes unavailable. Typically our hosting has an uptime of around 99.99%

You can also opt to receive these alerts.

An application firewall reads requests to your site to make sure they’re not attempting anything malicious.

Your website is scanned daily to check if malware, viruses, or other unwanted content on your site.

We get alerts when you or someone else logs to your WordPress admin. If we see something suspicious (like a login from overseas), we will block the login and make contact to double check it was you.
